
Sportsmen
Intensive training to improve sports performance. Practices aimed at increasing muscle and joint strength and flexibility, lasting from 50 minutes to 1 hour, with the option of doing it in a group or privately.

Mindfulness
In these classes we develop the skill of focussing the mind on the present moment. We achieve mindfulness through guided concentration and meditation exercises. Duration: 20 to 30 minutes.

Deep Learn
Ideal for those seeking a deeper experience and knowledge of this practice. Through it you'll have the chance to train professionally and completely transform your lifestyle.
How it works
At first, the techniques taught in class will focus on the practitioner’s physical structure, where we will develop flexibility, muscle and joint tone, balance and body awareness.
These exercises are fundamentally anaerobic, based on endurance, and therefore provide the practicioner more resistance.
At the same time, we activate the body with mucous membrane maintenance techniques, breathing and relaxation exercises, where we also develop the more subtle aspects, such as stress management and anxiety reduction.
Then, as we progress, a quarterly one-to-one conversation is added to the regular plan, the orientation becomes more specific, and other, more advanced techniques are introduced.
There is a universe of qualities to be discovered and rediscovered every time we sit down to start this practice.

Tainá Shaktí
Tainá Soares teaches since 2009, and practices since 2006, at that time in Brasília, Brazil.
Today she lives at Pipa, a little paradise in the Northeast face of the country, where she can teach, surf longboard, fly on paraglider, play the guitar and learn languages to spread this wonderful philosophy.
